Circular and Momentum based training incorporates ancient martial arts training techniques and circular training intervals utilizing kettleballs, and/or Indian Clubs, and/or Add It In Batons. The benefits of this style of training are increased neuro-plasticity (sharper and quicker brain function) by learning simple patterns and routines, as well as overall strength flexibility, and range of motion (fee generally $50 per half hour, income based sliding scale available and potential free service to charitable organizations).
